MCF has adopted the '5S' technique as an organizational transformation tool. This, well proven Japanese concept, starts from simple sorting of unwanted items at the work place, systematic arrangement of items required, cleaning and standardization and house keeping with self discipline amongst the employees. The initiative was started in the year 2000 with help from M/s.K S Madhavan & Associates, Hyderabad and it has taken deep roots in the work culture of the Company. It has resulted in clean and well organized work place and plants, improvement in operational efficiency and elimination of waste and unwanted materials.
