Training programme for MCF Marketing Executives

An in-house Training Programme was organized for Marketing Executives/Dy.Managers working at field level between 21st to 26th May 2007 at Doddi's Royal Orchid Resort, Yelahanka, Bangalore, to train all those involved in hardcore selling to provide knowledge on various topics related to agriculture, fertilizer marketing, Integrated Nutrient Management & Integrated Farm Management.

While Inaugurating the training programme Mr. H M Kshetrapal, Sr.Vice President - Marketing highlighted the importance on the role of marketing executives in fulfilling the Company's Vision & Mission.

Faculties from MCF and University of Agricultural Sciences, Personality Development Institute, Financial Consultants, and various vendors, who are supplying the trading products, were also invited to address the participants.

On 25th May 2007 a felicitation function was organized to honor Dr. P G Chengappa, the new Vice Chancellor of University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore. He addressed the participants on "Emerging issues in Agriculture Produce Marketing".

In all 65 Marketing executives / Dy.Managers were trained during the training programme.
