Mangala Dealers' Training on Integrated Nutrient Management

True to its marketing philosophy of providing right kind of plant nutrients to the farmers at right time, MCF has taken up marketing of a range of unique products.

Proper use of these products is essential to maximize the crop yield. MCF has a well established net work of dealers, who act as a link between the company and the farming community.

MCF in collaboration with Dept of Agriculture and University of Agriculture sciences has taken up the responsibility of organizing training programmes at all the districts of Karnataka to educate Mangala dealers on Integrated Nutrient Management. The main objective of the programme is to educate Mangala dealers on the role of Micro Nutrients, and Crop specific & soil specific blended fertilizers in crop production.

Mangala dealers were also briefed on the range of crop specific and soil specific blended fertilizer grades, Specialty chemicals & micro nutrients being marketed by MCF. The programme is designed to create awareness among the dealers on the significance of Integrated Nutrient Management.

In this connection, four such programmes were organized at Davangere, Haveri , Shimoga and Gulbarga between 28th & 31st of May 2006. About 85 -120 dealers participated in each of the programme.
