Candidates should have Ph. D in following subjects

Soil Science
Pathology
Entomology
Crop Physiology/ Microbiology

Persons with 1-2 years working experience in product development are preferred and freshers can also apply. The positions are based at Hassan, Karnataka.

Chemist: INM
Candidate should be a graduate in Science with Chemistry major. Should have minimum two years experience as Analytical Assistant in a research/analytical laboratory of any reputed Organization. Person with good analytical skills, communication skills, co-ordination skills will have an added advantage. The position is based at Hassan, Karnataka.

Manager: Finance
Candidate should be CA Inter with more than ten years experience in any manufacturing Company. The position is based at the Corporate Office , Bangalore.

Sr. Manager: Engineering & Inspection
Candidate should be conversant with API / ASME / ANSI / ASTM standards and preparation of technical specifications for process plant equipment such as pumps, compressors, vessels, heat exchangers , piping layouts/isometrics and able to review the vendor data sheets / drawings, welding standard, NDT standards ASME, welder qualification. He should have expertise in inspection of piping fabrication, static equipments like heat exchangers, pressure vessels, tanks, relief valves etc and assess vendor suitability for procurement of spares of the static equipments. Should have exposure to systems like maintaining ELD, P & ID, Isometrics, equipment drawings, inspection reports, manuals and equipments etc.

Should have knowledge of statutory requirements for handling explosive materials, petroleum products, hazardous materials and boilers. He should also be well versed with AutoCAD, Pro-E and other design softwares.

Candidate should be a first class graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute with 10-15 years experience in a fertilizer/ petrochemical plant. Should have conceptual clarity, positive attitude, safety consciousness, good communication skills and ability to effectively work in cross functional teams.
